Can you please provide us with specific information about your problem. What poker site is this on? Are your hands importing from that poker site to allow the HUD to update (if on a site that permits a HUD)? Make sure you have the correct player selected and that you have no filters or tags active otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately in a Support Ticket so we can see what's going on along with the relevant tournament history file that your poker site provided to you.
