Unable to Start PT4

MacOS: 11.2.1 (x86)
PT4 Version: v4.15.28
Parallels: Version 16.1.3 (49160)

After installation I click the PokerTracker icon and nothing happens. I've tried rebooting. No Crash Report, but in my System Log I see:
