Mac Big Sur M1: Issue Pokertracker 4 & PostgreSQL

I can't install PostgreSQL and Pokertracker 4 on my Mac M1 Big Sur.

I tried to install to install PostgreSQL V9.6.21 but always get the following error notice: "A non-fatal error occur whilst creating menu shortcuts."

Has anyone had the same issue with M1 Big Sur? How can I make PokerTracker 4 work?

I cannot find "Reload Configuration App" and "SQL Shell (psql)" in any folder.

Any Idea, where they are hidden?
