Can't pick up hands or use live HUD in Ignition

It's just not detecting anything. Is anyone able to use live HUD right now? If so what did your setup look like? Thanks!

I have the same problem. Just started trial and need poker grabber registration enabled because I only play on ignition.No HUD because can't get trial on hand grabber. Have started support ticket 612022 only 3 days ago and have left a message every day. All I get sent is copies of the messages I left. This is very frustrating, all I need is a code for a free trial for hand grabber. Crazy cause its free anyway but you have to have a registration on pokertracker 4 to access hand grabber, and I don't have a registration code because I have a free 14 day trial.The trial is useless for ignition players if you can't access hand grabber Help please
