PostgreSQL problem

After I transferred data to new PC, I can't use Poker trackers with the below error message shown.
I might have deleted some files related to PostgreSQL since I didn't know they are related to Poker trackers. I tried re-installing PostgreSQL but it doesn't work.
(My PC is MAC.)

Can you please help?

Please follow this tutorial and then manually download and install PostgreSQL v9.6 available from here. Using a Mac administrator account or administrative privileges install that PostgreSQL and for the password boxes use "dbpass" (no quotes) which is what PokerTracker 4 uses by default. If you receive confirmation that PostgreSQL installed successfully you can try starting PokerTracker 4 again.

Actually I've already try that, but nothing changed and the problem hasn't been solved.
