PT4 Breaking on Rebuys

Hello, my PT4 stops working on rebuys. Will work perfectly on the 1st buy in but once i rebuy the HUD stops updating and the card histories are all messed up. I tried restarting everything, logged out ACR to be sure, and even on a freshly minted rebuy table PT4 is still broken. Been using PT4 for 2 years now no problem so I think this has something to with either WPN update or PT4 update…any help greatly appreciated

So we can investigate that please enable logging in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options -> Enable Logging' and restart it. When this issue occurs next select and 'File > Open User Data Folder' in the PokerTracker 4 menu' go into the 'Logs' folder and then send the text file called 'PokerTracker4' or 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder to us in a Support Ticket:
