Hand error

I was playing a small session last night and played 90 hands and noticed I got 7 errors. I noticed every time I got an error my hud would not update from that hand. How can I resolve this problem?

The Winning Poker Network have recently added the ability for players to show one hole card so that's the cause of those particular import errors. This will be resolved with the next release of PokerTracker 4 and if you want to be notified when that's available as well as have access to a pre-release version with the fix then you can open a Support Ticket.

This was fixed with the release of PokerTracker v4.15.35 three days later:

I don't know about the OHH format and that's beyond the scope of support for these forums but you can ask about that here and/or request a change here.
