Error connecting to the default database

Hello Pokertracker community,

I'm encountering an issue while logging to PT4.
To make it short, I've attached a screenshot to this post.

Error says:
Error connecting to the default database.
Please select one of the valid databases below or create a new one.

When trying to create a new one, I got the following issue:
Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT4_2021
Reason: Error: Unable to execute query: Fatal Error; Reason: Error: (ERROR: permission denied to create database )

And then I'm stuck. No possibility to create this new database and so to connect to PT4.

Please, do you have recommendations to solve this ?

That's not an error I have seen before so can you please press/hold the 'Alt/Option' key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging, reproduce the error and then send us these files in a Support Ticket:

--> /Users/{Mac Login}/Library/Application Support/PokerTracker 4/PokerTracker4.log

--> Your 3 or 4 newest PostgreSQL log files:

I'm getting that same error message after installing the new Monterrey OS.

Unfortunately Monterey upgrades are breaking some PostgreSQL installs. Please open a Support Ticket where a technician can assist you further.
