NoteCaddy stops working

Hello! I got the following problem. When you open a table on PokerStars, a notification appears (screenshot in the attachment) and NoteCaddy stops working. This problem occurred after updating PokerTracker to version 4.15.38. I ask you to assist in solving this situation.

I am also having the same problem after updating the software. I am playing on ACR and Everygame(formally Intertops)

I am also getting this Cash HUD

I have also noticed that Note Caddy will not stay Enabled.

Are representatives of the developer of NoteCaddy here? I have already sent a request and logs to pokertracker and notecaddy support, but have not received a response yet. Strange attitude towards users ... :(

It did not help. The program stops when the table is opened. Then, after forced switching on, it works for a while and then stops again. I cannot understand the system by which it stops.

Hello everyone,

Im sorry you are having this issue.

I have just tried to replicate this on PT4v.4.15.38 and NC.v.2.9.9019.

I could not replicate this. Played a few spin n go and HUD worked fine, NC did not stop. This tells me its not happening to everyone. Also from the previous feedback, the issue is associated to the latest PT4 update.

To try and fix this lets try and reinstall Notecaddy.

-Close PT4
-Move the folder in this location to your desktop to act as backup: C:\Users\Yourusername\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Data\AppsData Move not copy the Notecaddy folder usually called "Tm(and some numbers)" to your desktop
-Restart PT4 and reinstall Notecaddy

A fresh install of NC might fix this as in my case its working as expect.

Back to the same problem but only with Everygame (formerly Intertops). Tried all the fixes suggested in the above posts but still will not work.
