PT4 Not showing ITM/Results for ACR (WPN)

Hi,

I can see hand history but there is no ITM results. I made a final table last night and it shows as $0. Does it take a couple days for PT4 to get results of an ACR (WPN) tournament?

I am viewing stats in the tournament tab.

I previously used this software within the last year and results were pulled automatically. Has something changed with ACR?

Again all the tournaments I played are viewable but there is no $ results. Entering this manually would not be ideal.

While WPN have added tournament summaries they still do not include detailed tournament information so any tournaments with incorrect data will need to be updated manually. We have been in contact with WPN about adding the extra required information and you can open a Support Ticket to be notified of any updates in this regard.

Results are available on Sharkscope; if a players stats are hidden does that effect PT4s ability to pull results?

Inputting individual tournament results manually is not going to work.

No because PokerTracker 4 and Sharkscope get information from different places. As far as I know Sharkscope collates results data from a poker clients tournament lobbies and sells it whereas PokerTracker 4 imports your personal data from the files the poker site saves locally to your computer when you are playing.

I don't know what specific changes WPN may have made or maybe you have changed the type of tournaments you are playing but you can compare/verify the information in your hand history/summary files with a text editor such as NotePad. By default PokerTracker 4 moves your files to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option on a Windows machine:

As I mentioned we have been in contact with WPN/ACR about adding the extra required information but I don't have any timescale for that as we are reliant on WPN to make the changes.

If I have a subscription to Sharkcope... Can i somehow download something from there that PT$ can use to update my WPN tournament results with statistics provided by sharkscope .. pretty ridiculous there is not a way for the results to be populated automatically... this has been an issue for years

That isn't possible at this time but you can register your interest and be automatically notified if this functionality is added in a future update by opening a Support Ticket.

Attached is a picture of an example of what sharkscope spits out for tournaments results of a player ( it wont let me attack .txt or .csv file)... surely you can do something with this that would allow me to update my tournament results.. I tired to import the csv file and it did not recognize anything...

please help

This file from SharkScope isn't supported. You can register your interest in support being added for this and be automatically notified if this functionality is added in a future update by opening a Support Ticket.

I am not aware of a format of file that will do this for you. We have been in contact with WPN about adding the extra information to their own summary files and you can also open a Support Ticket to be notified of any updates in that regard.
