Importing multiple of the same hand

Hi,

Installed PT on a new PC and when 'getting hands', it is importing multiple of the same hand. Not sure if this is a obvious error to fix. Thanks in advance.

Those are single hands from multiple perspectives as you've added player specific statistics ('Hole Cards', 'BB Won' & 'Chips') to the 'Hands Summary' report. You should reset that report to default (Right-click -> Configure Report -> Reset To Default) and use the 'My Hands' report as that has player specific statistics but it's limited to 'Hero' so you only see each hand from your point of view.

This was in the' Play Poker', not 'Reports', but I found out what was wrong. I had 'hands summary' clicked and not 'my hands'.

That was what I was referring to - the 'Hands Summary' & 'My Hands' reports are only found in the 'Play Poker' section of PokerTracker 4. If you are going to be looking at the 'Hands Summary' report again in future I recommend resetting it to default as it's not designed to contain the player statistics you've added to it.
