Manual Import from Ignition

Can I manually import hand histories from Ignition? I tried using "Get Hands From Disk" yesterday, and not only am I not seeing any hands, but the text files from Ignition are deleted.

Yes you can manually import Ignition hands. If you are referring to hands that were automatically imported using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands While Playing' then those files are not deleted - they are archived to your 'Processed' folder:

C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed
