Report Exporting to Excel Now Showing Codes for Hand Values

I've been successfully exporting hand histories to excel. Up until this morning, hands have been appearing in normal text form (e.g., AA, AKs, AKo, etc.). However, the exports just switched to where now hands are appearing as some kind of code. Hole cards: 13130000, 14110000, 9080000, etc.. Flop: 51106, 110808, 140706, etc.

I don't think I changed anything on my reporting options, but I might have accidently clicked something...I'm just not sure what. Any suggestions for getting this back to normal? Thank you!

Exporting cards as text from a hand report requires custom statistics which can be downloaded from here.

Thank you. I'll get into that this evening. Any idea as to why it might have worked previously and then stopped working? Or, am I just going crazy?

If the report you are using only has the default statistics/card images then they will not get exported as text. I don't know why it would just stop working if you were using the text custom statistics before but it's possible that you are either using/loading a different report or the report you were using was reset to default.

I finally figured out what I did! Two days later....

I was using "Hand" not "Hole Cards" or "Text Flop Cards" and got the three mixed up by clicking around too much without paying attention.
