MTT hands and results are not shown

Hi everyone,

I am using PT4 now for over a year playing mainly Cashgames and some 6max Sngs and started playing MTTs now since 2 days. Before that I never had a problem, but non of my MTTs are showing up in PT4 even tho the HUD is working and tracking the hands.

Has someone an idea what could be the issue here?

Make sure you have no filters set (look for blue text in sidebar) which would prevent MTT data from appearing otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window either here or privately in a Support Ticket.
