I have the same issue. Playing tournaments on Winamax. It keeps crashing at an irregular frequency. :cry:

Problem with NoteCaddy

Hello,
I don't know why, but when I launch a session, NoteCaddy (which I bought on Saturday January 23 in the small stakes version) bugs. It stops and I have to restart it every time.
Very painful, especially since I use the HUD EDGE-CASH3.
Im' playing to the room " Betclic.fr " (iPoker Network)
What to do ?

I'm sorry for the delay - I'm not sure why you haven't had a response from NoteCaddy support but I will chase that up.

In the meantime please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4.
Reproduce the problem and then create a Support Bundle and attach it to a Support Ticket with a short descripton of the problem (you can copy & paste what you wrote here, for example).

Im sorry for the late reply.

The issue you are facing is a known issue and it has already been sent to the developers for a fix.

We are requesting all the affected users with this issue to send us their logs on a support ticket so we can keep track and use the information gathered to help fix this. Please open the support ticket as advised in the previous answer.

I will try to get an update from the developers on this.

It is known that some Anti Virus and Firewalls can cause some issues that lead to triggering this issue. Please try to follow the troubleshooting steps in here: https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT4 ... tion-guide. In some cases it has reduced or even completely stopped the issue from happening.

I did the steps requested by the internet link given (for kaspersky), but that did not solve the problem... NoteCaddy bugs so much and tells me to contact you... What to do?

The quick fix will be to restart automatically Notecaddy after the crash with no dialog box, because it starts really fast with no problem when playing the only problem is it time-consuming when playing

Because it's really annoying when I play to always have to reactivate Notecaddy...

Hello,

There is an update for Notecaddy adressing this issue.

Please make sure to update both PT4 and NC to latest versions. PT4v4.17.5 ; NCv.2.9.9039.0

Do reset and recreate notes for your database at the end of updating and restart PT4 before start playing. Please let us know if the issue persists.
