HUD does not work with "triple-header" tournaments

My HUD works for most Ignition tournaments, but they've been running this series called "triple-header" on Sunday and I can't get the HUD to work for those. Any suggestions? Thanks

If you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 please update it:

Download PokerTracker 4

Also make sure that you have PokerTracker 4 running with the Ignition Hand Grabber active before you join any tables. Next turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and if you have a tournament where the HUD doesn't work take a screenshot of the table window. After the session create an Ignition support bundle:

Compress the hand history files for the session and attach those to a Support Ticket along with your support bundle and screenshot. By default the original hand history files will have been moved to the 'Processed' folder which you can access via 'File -> Open User Data Folder' in the PokerTracker 4 menu.

Thanks, I will. I have latest version and have used for a long time on Ignition. It will work on tables that aren't this particular type

Hi I have also been having this same problem for weeks. I suspect it might have something to do with the ":" in the title of the Triple-header tournaments, because that is the only difference I can find. The HUD works fine on all other Ignition tournaments.

I'm pretty disappointed there's been no patch or update for this. Pokertracker has not been working on these "triple-header" tournaments on Ignition for weeks now. I figured someone else would complain about it before I did, and the above poster did (thanks!), but there are also plenty more of us who are unhappy about this. I don't like playing HUDless when I'm multitabling, so I'm missing out on a significant portion of the high stakes schedule every week. Obviously I'm not a programmer or anything, but this seems like something that would be really easy to fix, especially if it's just the colon ":" in the title of the tournaments that is causing Pokertracker to not be able to function.
