Couple of questions

I've been setting up my color coding for pokerstars.on. It seems to be working, but I'm getting duplicates when I do a seek. (see attachment ) One other thing I noticed I clicked on the boxes for the stat name to make it bold, underline, and italic, it does not seem to be working. (see attachment) Thanks for your help.

For the color definitions duplicates issue.

Try clearing the pokerstars notes file. Redo the Notecaddy coloring/processing. If it still duplicates it might be related to the color definition you are using. In order to better understand what is going on we will have to test it. Please open a support ticket if needed and attach to it the color definition you are currently using for us to try and replicate the issue.

For the bold and underlining options you selected and do not show in the notes yet. Try reset notes and process the hands for notes. That should do it to get the options selected working. Let us know if it still didn´t change after reseting the notes.

I reset notes, but the stat still does not show, in bold , underlined, or italic. For the color coding If you could tell me how to attach the color coding I'm using to a support ticket I will do it. It still does not color code properly on stars. I'm on Pokerstars.ON if that might make a difference. I have logging on for notecaddy so if you could point out where the log file is , I could sent it to you if you need it. Here are a couple of screen shots of my settings for color coding, also a couple of shots that show the color coding is correct and another that shows some kind of blacklist error ? Thanks again. PT VER 4.17.8 Notecaddy ver 2.9.9046.0 This is what's showing up in stars, I don't know why it says the notes were modified in 2011.

Let´s break it down in parts so we can better handle the different issues.

I will try to replicate the issue of the bold and underlining not working. I will get back to you on this. After applying a different setting we usually have to re write the notes for it to show. More than this it is either something with the definition itself or a bug that triggered at some point.

The color definitions file is located in this folder: C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Data\AppsData\Tm90ZUNhZGR5
We will need only the colordefinition.xml file. From here we are able to see how they are built and test them against the original ones.

The Notecaddy log file is located here: C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs\AppsLogs\Tm90ZUNhZGR5

The PT4 log files: C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Logs

You can manually copy all the files to a folder and attach to a support ticket. Zip them all together if you have any issue attaching them to ticket.

I will have to search, test and try to better understand the blacklist filter issue.

Update on the bold & underlining issue.

Did some testing to confirm the info.

You have to select the option to "Use a custom color" to use the options below. If you leave it on the default it will not change anything. And reset/recreate notes at the end is needed.
