Problems recently with hand grabber

I've been having the same issue as everyone else. Thought it might just be me but clearly not.

It sometimes take a few starts of PT4 to even get it work on one table.

Then it works okay but often it won't pick up a new table, but still works on the tables you already had.

And then requires it restart in a bid to get it working on all tables.

So frustrating.

Has anyone got a solution?
I've been having these problems for 2 weeks and support can't solve it.

I use it everyday and it was working fine until last thursday. Since then, it doenst detect my Bodog tables anymore

The issue has been logged with the development team and if you want to be notified whan a fix is available then please let us know via a Support Ticket.

Just dropping in to say I have the same issue as of yesterday. Working fine last week.
