If you are still having trouble then please send us an Ignition Support Bundle that has recorded what's going on here via our PokerTracker support system here so we can further troubleshoot the problem. Thank you.

It all of a sudden is not working for me again, just as I sit down to play all the big Sunday MTT's. I've included a screenshot of the message I get when starting pokertracker. I've created a support ticket, but any ideas of a quick fix???

So I reinstalled PT and it's working now, but still not working for the triple header events. Is this the same for everyone?

I don't know if it's the same for everyone but it's not logged as a known issue so please send us an Ignition Support Bundle that has recorded what's going on via our PokerTracker support system here along with a screenshot of the table window so we can investigate this:

I meant to update after last Sunday. The Hand Grabber update is working successfully for me on most Ignition tournaments! But it is still (as before any of the update issues started) NOT working on Triple-Header tournaments. I was really hoping Ignition would just stop having these or at least figure out not to put the ":" in the title or perhaps I would be consumed in a wildfire but it's been a few months and here we still are.

Pokertracker people: PT4 DOES NOT WORK FOR ANYBODY ON THE TRIPLE HEADER TOURNAMENTS. It is not a random/intermittent bug. It works for ZERO PEOPLE on these TRIPLE HEADER tournaments. Many have theorized that because there is a special character (a COLON ":") in the title of the tournaments, it doesn't write a hand history. This IS A KNOWN BUG because there have been several different people who have documented it here in the forum, and it is also the case when you watch any Twitch streamer who is playing these specific tournaments. The HUD works on other tournament tables and not the Triple Header tables. Nobody has the time to make a support bundle while trying to play tournaments because when people are playing tournaments, they are PLAYING TOURNAMENTS. I posted in another thread that I would try to make a support bundle about this, but usually by the time I enter any of these, I already have a lot of other tables to wrangle with. Is it necessary to provide a screenshot that the HUD in fact did not appear, or the HH did not write, for someone to look into this issue? Is the documentation already provided in this forum not enough for the devs to even look into this TRIPLE HEADER issue?

The developers will need the requested information to take a look at this and as far as I can see nobody has reported this via our support system with a support bundle/screenshot.

Your Ignition Hand Grabber subscription has expired so if you wish to continue using it you would need to purchase a new subscription.

I can see my hand histories getting pulled but no HUD on my tournament.
