tengo este problema cuando incio el pt4, me dice que no tengo acceso a mi hud profile : Reason: Import cancelled due to column name conflict (fp_cnt_sb_or_x2)

You have a custom column conflict because a custom column called fp_cnt_sb_or_x2 already exists in your database so before you can import that HUD profile which contains a custom column of the same name you will need to delete that column along with any others that conflict. You can edit/delete/search your custom columns (they are in blue) via 'Configure -> Statistics -> Columns' and then '$' or 'T' depending on whether this is a cash game or tournament HUD you are trying to import:
