Hand grabber hasn't worked for a long while.

Hello,
As stated in the header, my hand grabber stopped working months ago but my subscription still shows active. I would imagine my year was probably done but then why is it showing active? If I got charged since it's an annual subscription, then I haven't received the service... and if I wasn't charged, why does it show active and how do I pay for it?

As per my earlier reply to you in this thread your Ignition Hand Grabber has expired. You will need to cancel the expired subscription and then start a new one if you want to use the Ignition Hand Grabber again:
