PT4 not opening on mac 14.4.1 sonoma

Hi,

I installed PT4 on my mac but its not installing or opening. I changed the privacy settings as mentioned in other posts.
It is still not working. Some issues I think might cause this are:
Installed parallels, have Appsfromanywhere (school related).

Pleae guide me to resolve this issue.

If not press/hold the 'Alt/Option' key while starting PokerTracker 4 to enable logging, reproduce the problem and then attach your log file to a Support Ticket where a technician can follow up on this with you:

\Users\{Mac Login}\Library\Application Support\PokerTracker 4\Logs\PokerTracker4.log
