ACR hands time stamp is not correct

Postby POKERPOKER000 » Thu Jun 13, 2024 11:36 am

Hi, everyone.
So, after new updates, (I forgot whether Pt4 or Acr app), the time stamp for hands is incorrect.
I play on PS and ACR simultaneously and the record of ACR' hands is in the future (lol) 4-5 yours from the current time.
It's quite annoying particularly when I try to look the hand history while playing since they are scattered around.
Can you help me please.
Thank you

I attached the screenshot of the difference.
So ACR hands are 7 hours ahead than the normal time. And the PS hands are still normal.

We are aware of this issue - please open a Support Ticket so we can notify you when a fix is available. In the meantime you can revert to PokerTracker v4.17.15 here (unless you have also updated PostgreSQL beyond v12) where new hands will import with the correct time again. Unfortunately this will not fix hands that have already been imported - they will need to be purged from the database and reimported.

Hi there thanks for your fast response.
Anyway I have already installed Postgres V 16.3 . If I installed the previous PT4 version, will it okay? Or is there any workaround for this?

If you were to revert to PokerTracker v4.17.15 then unfortunately PostgreSQL v16 wouldn't be supported there so you would also need to revert your PostgreSQL version as well.

Noted, so I've got to back to maximum version 12 right?
I'll try it.

Yeay, it works.
Thanks a lot Hippo. You're the best.
Thanks for the workaround.

I also had this issue. And today's hands weren't showing up in "View Today's Hands". Reverting fixed it. Subscribing to this discussion to know when it's fixed so I can update.

We don't track individual forum threads so if you would like to be automatically notified when this is fixed then please open a Support Ticket.
