Time incorrect Bodog - Ignition hand grabber

Postby nestw » Tue Jun 11, 2024 12:33 pm

Hello, the time of the bodog hands is not being recorded correctly in PT4. When I play with another open room, the hands of that room register well, but Bodog marks another time. Is it a problem with the ignition hand grabber? Bodog software time is set correctly

I don't know what could be causing that and it's not a known issue as far as I am aware so please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue by playing a few hands and then attach your support bundle and hand histories to a Support Ticket. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4.

PT4 captures wrong time on Ignition

Postby kheso » Tue Jun 11, 2024 6:08 pm

I have the Ignition hand grabber. I play simultaneously on other sites and the time is correct, but on Bodog, it is capturing a 3-hour lag. I tried rebuilding the cache, but it didn't work. Any clues? If I look at the time in Ignition's lobby, it matches my PC.

I am having the same problem on Ignition after installing the latest PT4 update today. The hands that I played today before the update are fine. The hands since then appear to be importing as 3 hours earlier than they actually occur.

Yes, I also did the update and this happens to me. Yesterday not only with Ignition, but also with the other salts. It doesn't tell me the correct time at which the hand is played

I don't have any more details I can provide at this time so if you are having this problem can you please report this to us via a Support Ticket with your support bundles attached and a link to this thread. The support bundles will provide us with more information so we can troubleshoot the issue and see if there is maybe something in common between your setups. Thank you.

For anyone with this issue please open a Support Ticket so we can notify you when a fix is available. In the meantime you can revert to PokerTracker v4.17.15 here (unless you have also updated PostgreSQL beyond v12) where new hands will import with the correct time again. Unfortunately this will not fix hands that have already been imported - they will need to be purged from the database and reimported. If anyone is also experiencing this issue on a site that is not Ignition or WPN please let us know.

If you were to revert to PokerTracker v4.17.15 then PostgreSQL v16 wouldn't be supported there so you would also need to revert your PostgreSQL version as well.
