When opening a new table or swithing table on 7-max tournaments on iPoker the hud shows on wrong players. Also the option to treat the table as a 7-max is removed.

Seat positions are now saved separately for 7-max iPoker tables. After opening a 7-max table and playing a couple of hands reposition any stats that are by the wrong players. Next save the new positions by clicking the PT-icon and choosing 'Save Layout' so these are remembered and used at new 7-max tables.

So we can follow up with you on this please turn on 'Enable Logging' in PokerTracker 4 via 'Configure -> Options' and then restart PokerTracker 4. Next reproduce this issue and then attach your support bundle to a
Support Ticket along with a
sample of hand histories. The support bundle is created via the 'File -> Create Support Bundle' menu option in PokerTracker 4:

I am not aware of a specific problem with these tables and the OP did not follow up on this. If you are having experiencing an issue please report this to us via a
Support Ticket with your support bundle and all relevant information:

Same issue here since a few weeks. Can save the new layout as many times as I want, never works for new tables.

The issue has now been forwarded to the development team. If you open a
Support Ticket you can be notified when an update is available.
