Is the filter for facing preflop actions with sizes bugged?

I've wanted to filter the spots where I've faced a 2BB raise, but when I review the hands there were a ton of 3BB instances

That should be working - do you have a specific example? Are you in the BB in these hands? Bear in mind that bet facing filters are the amount the player needs to call. If for example a player raises to 3BB and you are in the BB then you would be facing a raise of 2BB since you've already invested 1BB.
