Winrates can be expressed per hour OR per 100 hands and combining the two doesn't really make sense. Maybe you want this for specific hours of the day? There is a 'Cash Hand Time Groupings' custom report in the Download Warehouse that has statistics that will give you that type of data.

There are these hourly statistics in PokerTracker 4:

My Currency Per Hour
My Currency Per Hour Date
My Currency Per Hour Month
My Currency Per Hour Stake

To change any of the above statistics to an All-In Equity Adjusted version you can duplicate those statistics and change both references of amt_won_curr_conv to amt_expected_won_curr_conv.
