Oh by the way, as I type this PT3 has created no less than FIVE icons on my task bar. LOL what a debacle.
We're working very hard on fixing the issues that are still out there. This is one of them, and it will be fixed shortly. Also, I can assure you we work very hard with the tickets, and they're definitely not being ignored. We greatly appreciate the feedback and help that we get from our customers. We work very hard with these issues and Beta 13 was a huge improvement and runs for most of our customers with no issues whatsoever. The next version should work better for the ones that are still having issues.
