It should be English United States. Close Poker Tracker then close and reopen the Regional Settings window. Are the settings still UK? If they are, right-click on the PT desktop icon. Is "run as administrator" listed in the menu? If so, select it and then check to see what the settings are.

Sorry didn't really get that...I closed and reopened PT and went to regional settings options (in PT) and opened and closed that...PT says the regional settings are country: US, lang : ENU...Should i change the regional settings in start > control panel to English (US)? Cheers

Now PT is saying current regional settings: US, original settings: UK... But it still says UK in control panel
Don't know what is going on! Hopefully can get it sorted tomorrow

With PT closed, manually change the regional settings to English/US and then try to run PT again and see if it imports. Does this work?

Hi! I did this but still 0 hands imported and the same error message...any ideas?

What version of PT2 are you running? If it's not 2.17.02 then Install the latest PATCH, from this link (MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE PATCH INSTALL, the second link on this page, and NOT the full version:
