No response here either, even after they pulled the "did u buy the product send us email with reg code"

I asked for money back.

Same thing but i have advice for everyone.
You can use PAHUD if you turn back your computer clock. i.e. today is 6th July, turn your computer clock to 6th June and it should work. But it still sucks that it has this stupid bug. Fix it please, we are paying for this product. I haven't received a response to my ticket in 6 days.

Yeah, they asked me to disabled my firewall. I don't have a firewall running and I told them that. Thanks and PAHUD should refund money if they have a bug that causes their software not to run at all.

Perhaps a post to the USENET poker news group would get some action. Once people know they are selling a product that is marginally supported and will not work to the public, the result should be no more sales.

no it doesnt mess that up.


What I meant was, will PT import my hands as played in June. I tried it, and PT recognizes the hands as played in June. That sucks too. :cry:

set date to when it worked, enter reg code
while HUD open change date back to real one.

Sorry, a busy weekend with several support staff away.
I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about this for now, but it should be fixed when they get back from the weekend, should be within the next 12 hours or so.

The guys are back now, so hopefully it should be fixed soon, although it doesn't seem to be a universal issue this time.
