Poker tracker not import hands

When I run pokertracker for the past 5 days it will load the current stats but not update any on the HUD. I thought it was the HUD but pt wont import any hands when live. It will import the old hands when it is started up, but will not load any live hands? Any help with this??

is the auto-import configured correctly for the site(s) you're playing at?

also, have you got the "move processed files" check-box ticked?

yes, it was working fine and then one day it always is not importing hands. Also, when I try to close the program I cannot and shortly after a error access violation at etc. etc. comes up and then I am asked to close the program.

What version of PT3 are you using, Build 2 or Beta 12/13/14?
What site?
When you start auto-import, what does the import window show?

I was using beta 13 and now am using beta 14. Still having same problem. The program is not working at all.
The auto-import window will show the last hand imported (which is usually the last hand that took place before pt3 launched)
I cant help but think a bad record is holding it up but this glitch has made the program useless to me for over a week now and is getting very frustrating. I had attempted a support ticket as well.

I cannot use the program as the HUD does not update and I must do all importing after I am done playing. Any ideas????

With your poker site software closed..

Try a manual import of your hand history folder.
Does that work?

Once it has completed, move all the files from that folder to somewhere else so that the HH folder is empty. (Keep these files safe, don't delete them or mix them up with your other processed files).
Then start your poker software and try auto-import again.
Does it work now?
