openssl file problem on install

Postby menexus » Sun Jan 27, 2008 4:23 pm

I get this message when installing.

The installer has detected an incompatible version of OpenSSL installed in your system PATH. Postgre SQL requires OpenSSL 0.9.7 or later. If you remove your OpenSSL files (LIBEAY32.DLL and SSLEAY32.DLL) the installer will install the new version automatically.

I am running Windows XP Media Version

How do I remove those files?

They will normally be in several places, on your hard-drive. But I think the ones to delete are in the C:windows\system\ folder.

Just do a hardrive search and you'll find them.

Agreed. Do a full windows search for both files and delete them.

Does the import status show that files are being loaded?

Does it say "Running" next to PokerStars when you are importing?

Please confirm when you can, as it's important to know for sure.
