If you still get the errors then you have not installed the patch, the path version is 2.17.02A not 2.17.02.
What email did you use to purchase PT2? I have no record of this one used for the forum.

Pat, I think the problem is that the latest patch listed on the PT2 page (http://www.pokertracker.com/products/PTH/download.php) is not the patch you are referring to in this thread. I know, because I was getting ready to complain that the patch didn't work for me either when I was 100% sure a patch was available. Is there a reason that the latest patch with the Stars update is not the latest version advertised?

It might ease confusion if you rolled this patch into the one listed on that page, or at least made it a separate download that is visible, without having to search the forums to discover there is a completely different link required to download the correct patch.

Ptrack pat, you are a life saver. Thanks for the patch! I was wondering what was up with my PStars imports

Hi Pat, I was just about to run this update as I'd recently noticed the Poker Stars errors, but then saw this post so wanted to just double check I'd be OK to install it.

My current version is 2.17.01g - can I just install this update or do I need to install any others first? Thanks in advance.

Yeah, this is a really big problem that is extremely confusing to the user.
This took me a long time to get sorted out because I absolutely assumed that the patch on the front page of the site would be the most updated one.
Why it isn't and why I had to come to the forums to the get patch that will actually get PT to work is beyond me.

Update the front page please.
It very much seems you guys are focused on PT3 and fixing and pushing that product. But some of us are still on PT2 and intend to stay there until we hear reports of improved performance for mega-tablers (such as those playing 16-24 tables at a time).
So please keep the PT2 stuff updated for those switching computers, etc who naturally would assume that the patch on the front page of the site is the one that works.

It's a great product and I thank you guys for that. But please keep the site updated with stuff like the most recent patches, etc.

I'm getting the message

No hand history files have been created/updated since the last import.

Trying to get files from pokerstars. Hasn't been working since the upgrade. Actually it did for a while after I installed the new patch but after a few hours the message appeared again.
