What kinds of features are removed when I activate the performance thing?

Couldn't find anything about it

I re-imported all my hands and I still have hundreds of thousands of hands mislabeled.
I'll just waiting until the PT2 feature that let's you manually change it gets put in PT3, I have no problem waiting.

I have 1.400.000 hands, but the updateprocess take just half a second, can this be normal?

There are a difference of players because i played in a freeroll and i can't purge tournament in PT3, anyway it doesn't matter because it haven't much effect on the overall stats. The yellow circle is the strange data nice difference betwen PT3 and PT2... the blu circle is another strange stat, where does that number come from? Also the number of the hands are different even if I imported the same hands. As you can see the difference is enormous. How can we'll be able to analyze our game if the stats are so strange? Now the question is: Are the other stats right?

You must have a filter on in PT2 to include only showdown hands, because it is only showing hands that went to showdown - total hands, saw flop, and went to SD are all the same.. 7715, whereas PT3 is showing all your hands, 41224.

The main thing is that translucency is disabled - I think that's about the only visisble change..

Did you re-import into an empty database, with the 'adjust qualifying tables limits' option checked?

Import of observed PokerStars hands (max 30 per table), Hud on observed PokerStars tables

how is this not datamining? Did you okay these changes with reps from pokerstars ?

See: viewtopic.php?f=15&t=9357

When having preferred seating the HUD does not place correct until Hero's stats show up. Thus if I am seating down in middle position waiting for BB they will all be wrongly placed until I have played the first hand so my stats are read.

I believe this has to do with that the table rotates to my preferred seat as soon as I sit down, but the HUD doesn't notice it until I have played my first hand.

You are correct. PT3 has no idea you are at the table until you are dealt a hand.

Does it matter in what order the cluster, vacuum, and analyze operations are done?

Actually, yes, it does. PT3's new cluster is different than PostgreSQL's CLUSTER command. It actually manually repopulates the table similar to how cluster works, but instead does it by multiple columns (to make queries more efficient). The correct order is: Cluster, Vacuum, Analyze. I will make a menu option that does all three in a row.

No, it should take a little longer than that. Unfortunately, unless you had logging on and saved the PokerTracker.log file for that session, there's no way for me to determine what went wrong.

Try filtering PT3 by hands that went to showdown.

Translucency is disabled, and the update frequency (that checks for updated stats and resizes/moves the stat group windows when needed) is slower. There may be more done in the future if it proves necessary.

This gave me a chuckle;

Since this happens before we can get in there and switch logging on or off, we, and thus you, are stuck.

FWIW, mine went extremely fast, as in 3 seconds or so, for my 40K hand database. I am primarily a tourney guy, and wonder if maybe that has anything to do with it.

Well there is no "adjust qualifying tables limits" box on the Manual Import tab but it was checked on the Auto Import tab.

Thanks Thomas42 , that worked. What I had done originally was clicked to open PT3 and a box popped up saying a new version was available "here" and it gave the link to to download section , I clicked on it and then attempted to download the new version but ran into problems. I should have closed that box and not followed the link , then when PT3 was not running gone to the download page directly.
Thanks again

The option will be applied when manual importing too.
