PokerTracker is configured to import into an outdated databa

Hi!

Yesterday i installed the new update.
i connected to my db like i did after the last update - everything worked fine
but today when i tried to import hands this message occured:

Unable to begin feeder import process. Reason: PokerTracker is configured to import into an outdated database. This must be corrected before an import can succeed.

can anyone give me a simple description what to do to solve this problem?

Have you used PT3 since the commercial release?
This message means that the database you have as Active is too old, and has the wrong structure to allow hands to be imported. You need to create a new database to import into.

that's impossible...
i created this db with pt3 and used it before the new updated was realeased...
does it help to export all hands and reimport to a new db?
or will i lose some data doing that?

Sounds like you have a registered version, so the best thing you can do is create a new database and try importing a few hands - just manual import a file from the 'processed' folder, or some observed hands if you have a site where you can datamine.

If that works, then it sounds like you may need to re-import.
Export/re-import shouldn't lose any data, although I'm not sure that tournament summaries are correctly exported/imported yet..

that's really weird.

i exported my hands -> imported to a new db -> worked fine
now i try to autoimport into the new db and the same error message again - BUT manual import works...
what can that be?

That's very strange.
When you auto-import, are these newly generated HH files, or a bunch of old ones?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first) to the
