hud stats not comming up

Ok, stats show up on 1 of the 3 tables I am playing. Could this be because I have a huge database?

This is the exact description of my problem. Sometimes the stats will randomly come up (especially when I'm playing heads-up) but oftentimes they don't.

My computer is really fast as well and is handling PT3 and the large database well in other respects (e.g. I can run internal searches within PT3 well). Only the HUD is not coping properly.

Are you using Beta 15?
Have you tried enabling the 'Enhance HUD performance' option on the HUD Options tab?

Yep, using beta 15, and I've tried it with Enhance HUD Performance on, and also with it off. No difference that I can see, the HUD still doesn't come up consistently, and when it does sometimes the stats in the pop-up are blank. With heads-up play it's more likely to work reasonably OK, but at say 10-max or 6-max it will only work rarely.

Yep, I've done all that, just wondering if anyone out there has any other tips for how I can get the HUD working. And also to demonstrate that jockodundee's issues are common to at least one other user and so are probably representative of an underlying problem with the HUD handling large databases, rather than something idiosyncratic.

IT appears I have resolved my issues. After upgrading to BETA 15 on both my Vista desktop and XP laptop, and comparing both settings, I realized somehow the Vista group HUD settings were set on table average only. I'm not sure how this happend as I did not go into the HUD settings prior to or after the upgrade on either computer. In any case my issue is resolved as it seems to be working now.

I've got a problem with Everest Poker.

No matter what I do I just can't get the HUD working. What I've tried so far:
-3.00 build 2
-3.00 beta 14 and 15.
-Enchance HUD performance ON and OFF
-Renaming Layouts.pt3 to layouts.backup

I've read about problems where HUD randomly shows up and disappears, but I haven't seen the HUD yet.

Have you read the PT3 HUD FAQ?
In particular, you need to have Everest installed in English.
Do you have hands importing OK?
What operating system?
Do you see the PT-icon on the table?

Switched it to English and it's working like a charm now.
