7day average BB/100 error and BB/hour

Postby skoldpadda » Wed Feb 13, 2008 11:30 pm

The bottom line for average BB/100 (and BB/hour) over 7days is higher than my individual days which obviously seems wrong. The other values reflect a "typical day" (average) but these ones are wayyyyy off it seems.

Would you mind zipping these hands and attaching them to a support ticket? I can then verify if the calculations are incorrect.

Will do, but surely an average can't be higher than the individual numbers used to compute that average.

Also, where would I typically find that data?

I'm thinking no, but you never know. I'd like to take a look at it.

Do I send data from my processed folder under PT3?

If you are moving them to the processed folder then yes they should be there...

when I try to attach the zip file to the support ticket, it says that such extension for a file is not allowed.

C:\Program Files\PokerTracker 3\Processed 2.zip

I have WIndows XP and just right click, send to compressed folder. Should I be doing this another way?
