Can I get beta 14 back again?

Is there a link somewhere, or could you post one, to download older beta versions?

The HUD for beta 14 was working relatively decently except for the 20 "table cover" ghosts in the task bar and PT3 needing to restart for multiple reasons every 30 minutes or so. I downloaded beta 15 because it said it had upgraded HUD stability and spent 4 hours creating a new database and re-importing hands.

Well I am finding the HUD unusable, and I've tried turning on the increased HUD performance in the settings. It lags my brand new pc like crazy just 12 tabling on Stars, whereas I could 18-24 table with beta 14 with little problem except for the above mentioned.

I would really like beta 14 back until there is something workable.

Yes, you can re-install beta 14, but please submit a bug report from beta 15 first - if you just ignore the problems you are having we won't be able to get them fixed.
Please follow the steps in the Beta 15 release notes to submit a support ticket.

There is no need to create a new database when installing a new version, unless instructed to do so.
(Granted, beta 15 has some import fixes listed, but you do not NEED to create a new database).

Thanks. The one you supplied is without PostgreSQL. I figured out using file names from the download page that the one with PostgreSQL is this one for anyone else that needs it.

You don't need the one with postgres - you already have postgres installed and only need to install it once.

Ok so I'm running beta 14 again. Guess what? Still have HUD lag which I did not have before on beta 14 until I installed 15. WTF do I do now, make ANOTHER new database?

Have you used the database menu to cluster/vacuum/analyse? This will speed up stat retrieval, and the Beta15 'enhance HUD performance' option speeds it up for most people...

Yeah I did all of this (vacuum, cluster, etc.) when I made my brand new database yesterday in beta 15. The next time I fire up my tables, I had extreme lag, so I turned on the enhanced HUD performance and it made no difference. I reinstalled beta 14 over top now and I still have the lag.

I am actually really tired of trying to work through all the bugs/lagginess and I sent an email to support to request my PT2 registration # until there's a working commercial version. Hopefully that shows up soon. It's so frustrating that a "commercial" version does not work after several months, and I'm very tired of bitching and whining on this forum about all the problems I have with it and nothing ever gets fixed. So as soon as I have my new reg code for PT2 I won't bother you guys anymore, hopefully it's here soon so I can start playing with a HUD again. I'll try out PT3 again once I hear from people on 2p2 that it actually works. I'd say I've put in about 20 hours worth of trying to figure out problems and reimporting hands for a product I expected to work.

I really don't understand how you guys took money from us when, after 4 months, it's still nowhere near ready for release.

The email you got with your PT3 registration should include a link for you to request your PT2 key.
If you don't still have it, the best way to request one is to create a ticket on the Support system rather than by email.
