User Account Control (UAC). Its under Start->Control Panel->Users Accounts & Family Safety->User Accounts->Turn User Account Control On or Off

After a few uninstalls and reinstalls, directory deletions, and a restart; Beta 4 is now working for me. However, my cash game hands are not showing in the Cash Gemes tab. Though in the Import Status shows the PokerStars HH's were loaded.
I'll investigate this more and log a new bug if I can not correct the issue, or see if someone else has already logged a similar bug.
