Where do you see that error?
What version of PT3 are you using?
Have you imported hands before this and been able to see the stats?
Have you clicked the 'Refresh' button?

1. This error appear in the players list, on the left of main window
2. I use version 3 build 2 (build date june 27 2008)
3. yes, I have imported hands before, and it was ok
4. I try refresh (earlier was case when it helped) - no changes

OK, please try Beta 15.
Download and install PT3.
Please read the Beta 15 release notes first.

After you update, you will need to use the Database menu to cluster/vacuum/analyse your database. Note: this can take a while - I find the best way to do it is actually to do a manual import of a single file that you have already imported, and have the cluster/vacuum/analyse checkboxes enabled, then they will all be done together.

Although I have the same problem, I already have the purchased version of beta 15 installed, where the problem above occurred.

Please advise.

If I uninstall and reinstall, will I lose my hands?

If you already have B15, you don't need to re-install, just try the cluster..
Whenever you update, you should NOT uninstall first, just install the new version over the top with PT3 stopped, as it says in the link I posted.

I went to the Database menu and vacuum, clustered and analyzed.

But I still have the eror message in the left hand panel.

I also attempted to manually import a file from Processed Files. This is the message that was given (cluster and analyze were ticked):L

2008/08/10 20:06:58: Import beginning
2008/08/10 20:06:59: Fatal Exception: Unable to execute query: INSERT INTO player VALUES (0, 0, '[Split Pot]', '[Split Pot]', 0, 0, FALSE);; Reason: Fatal Error (ERROR: invalid page header in block 73 of relation "player" )
2008/08/10 20:06:59:
2008/08/10 20:06:59: Clustering...
2008/08/10 20:07:00: Clustering complete.
