export always hanging...?

hi, i'm trying to do a mass export of my hands, which total about 1.5 mil (this is a PT3 db, btw). i tried doing this earlier this morning -- selected the folder to export to and then the program seems to hang. i didnt touch it before i left for the day, but noticed that i saw no files copied in the destination folder.

have there been known issues with such a large number of hands? i'm running beta 15 on vista.

Not that I'm aware of.
Are you running PT3 as administrator? It might be that it doesn't have permission to write to that folder in Vista.
Make sure the folder isn't a subfolder of the desktop or 'my documents', I think that can cause problems too.

Yup -- I actually am the admin on my computer and have UAC disabled, so when I go to the Advanced tab on the shortcut the run as Admn function is greyed out. This is because everything on my computer is run as Admin (i'm aware that this setting isn't automatically forced when you make yourself the admin on vista). I'll doublecheck the permissions on the write for that folder -- I've made a new directory on a separate drive.

OK, if you still can't get it to work, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and submit your PokerTracker.log file to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket.

just got back to my home computer -- looks like i was way off in my estimates: 8mil hands. oops.

BUT the good news is that everything seemed to have exported just fine. thanks for the help
