Lost General Info.

Postby benas » Tue Aug 12, 2008 3:21 pm

Hello,
looks like i lost all info from general info tab about players. i was on vacation for a week and im back and JUST BOOM about 2 months of info is gone. the older info is not lost!
believe me all filters are OFF. i can't imagine how it is possible. maybe it have something to do with that i used "one step compact" before i left.
this info is from prima network. when i import all the hands its still gone. also info in "sesion notes" tab and others looks like good.
so if you have any suggestions please write :(

You posted this in the PostgreSQL forum, there is no "One step compact" option for PostgreSQL. Are you using PostgreSQL or not?

Open the File > Maintain Database Names window. Double-click on the name field for the database causing you these problems. What is the file name and size that shows in the window that opens?

CLOSE PT. Go to the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder. There should be a file there called ptrack_backup.mdb

Rename the file called ptrack.mdb to ptrack_bad.mdb and rename the ptrack_backup.mdb file to ptrack.mdb and then start PT again and see if the data looks any better.
