ipoker hud

Hi,

the hud is not coming up.

I hit the start hud button.

Am i not doing something?

I assume you mean in PT3? (PAHud is a separate product, and does NOT work with PT3, which has it's own built in HUD).

Have you got hands importing OK?
What version of PT3?
Cash or tournament?
(In Beta 15 the HUD does not work with iPoker tournaments).

Yes I am using PT3.

I imported 180 000 hands, and it appears that it imported fine.
i am using v3.00 beta 15, and I am playing cash games on the ipoker network.

I assume you did a manual import to import all those hands?
You will now need to move those files out of the hand history folder (put them in the folder you have configured on the auto import tab in the 'move processed files to' section).
Then make sure iPoker is configured correctly, and start Auto Import. This should start the HUD once hands start importing.
Note: iPoker only writes hand histories for hands you actually play, unless you have a data-mining application.

I didn't do a manual import.

I added the hand history location to the ipoker configuration tab, then hit the auto import tab.

processed files are being stored on c:\Program Files\Poker Tracker 3\Processed

the HUD is configured as listed on the PT3 HUD FAQ.

so just not sure why hud not working

Is iPoker installed in English?
Do you see the PT-icon on the tables?

yes it is installed in English, and there is no PT icon on the table

OK, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket.

ok I did as you asked.
I sent two text documents named PokerTracker, and PokerTrackerHud to support.

I zipped them.

Lets hope they can find a solution.

I have the same problem.
Using PT3 Beta 15.
At full tilt is everything ok. PT3 import hands and the results are in the database, Hud works at SNG tournaments.
But at iPoker Titan PT3 import hands and the results are in the database, Hud does not work at SNG tournaments.

How kann i switch back to Beta 14 without loosing the data and results of the past tournaments?

Whem will be the next release of beta 16? Will the iPoker HUD problem solved at Beta 16?
