Towergaming - missing hands?

Postby Trickstar » Thu Aug 21, 2008 8:03 pm

After I played a session tonight I wanted to do a review, but the hands doesn't seem to be imported? All the hands where played at the 22/8 (GMT+2), but there are no hands at this date, nor does the "since 21/8" make any sense in how much money I have earned.
I haven't had any problem like this before and haven't changed anything I can recall...

Change the filters to since Aug 20 2008, do you see the hands then? If not, open the Statistics > Session Browser option from the Ongame lobby window. Do you see these hands listed there?

The hands doesn't appear even though I change the filter.

If I go into the ongame browser, I do see a session, but its way too short, and the amount doesn't fit either. The time is 20min where it should be more like 1 hour, and the amount won is 67$ where it should be something like 300$...

Another thing is that if I go into the "game notes" tab and click the "get all", I get an error message saying "select error: Sqlstate=3000" and some other things in danish...

If the stats aren't right on the Session Browser window then they won't be right in PT either, that is an Ongame issue if data is missing.

Another thing is that if I go into the "game notes" tab and click the "get all", I get an error message saying "select error: Sqlstate=3000" and some other things in danish...

I need to know the rest of the error. Does it tell you the error was stored in the pterrorlog.txt file? If so, find that file, open it and copy/paste the text of the last error message.

About the hands... Think the client screwed it up, but thanks for your assistance...

Here is the full error message: (the number seems to change?)
select error: SQLSTATE = 37000
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Acces-driver] SELECT- sætningen indeholder et reserveret ord eller argument, der er stavet forkert eller mangler, eller tegnsætningen er ikke korrekt.

(the last part in english: SELECT - The sentence has a reserved word or argument, which is spelled wrong or is missing, or the grammar? isn't correct)

Did my best... :S

Try using the Utilities > Repair A Poker Database and see if the error goes away.

The error still comes when I try to "get all"

If I remove all filters - both date filters, and rake filters in the game notes tab, I can get my hands. But if I filter in any way, the error comes...

Open the File > Maintain Database Names window and double-click on the name field for the database that is giving this error. What is the file size and name that shows in the window that opens?

C:\Programmer\Poker Tracker V2\ptrack.mdb

File Size: 29,733 KB

The thing is that its only that one day that doesn't work.. Played a session last night that works just fine.

Can you ZIP that file and email it to me (it should be small enough after zipping) at support at pokertracker dot com

Let me know what preferences you use in when it gives that error.
