I tried to epxort the data as Excel, Comma Separated and Tab Delimited. Nothing works.
Are you saying you get that same error every time?
The only thing I can think to try is to reinstall PTO. If you do this send me a PM with your new product ID so you can re-register.
I have no idea what to do about the remnants of the hold'em files and I'm really not sure how that relates to this error you are getting in PTO.
