do what with access once converted to postgreSQL

so i just converted to postgreSQL and made the postgreSQL database my default.

can i now delete the access database to clear up space on my hard drive? anything else i can delete?

Open the File > Maintain Database Names window. In the last field next to the "Access" entry it will tell you the file name associated with that database. Write this down. Then remove the entry from this window and click OK to save. Then you will have to manually delete that file if you no longer want it on the hard drive. I would recommend maybe you back it up to a CD/DVD or something like that, just in case.

i take it i can also delete the backup? can i also delete the hand history db or does postgreSQL use this?

Right, you can delete the "_backup" file. You still need A hand history database but if you want you can download an empty hhdb.mdb file to replace the larger on your hard drive...
