I'm having a similar problem.

I just bought a new computer and am using 64-bit Vista Ultimate. I run PAHUD as Administrator, set it to use my two Omaha Access databases, and set it to use a cache. Once it starts to build the cache, I get an error that says:

PokerAce HU Error! Unable to update cache. An exception as occurred.

I tried repairing the databases, but that didn't solve it. What else should I try?

I have the same problem. Just bought a new computer with Vista x64.
I use PAHud with PTO. PAHud gives an error message everytime I try to update the cache, saying that an exception occured.

I am of course running PAHud as administrator.

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

Oh sorry. I thought that when tickets were replied to a notification e-mail was sent, so I didn't bother checking it.

Yes, you should have got an email, but I'm still getting emails from some support tickets I did much earlier today, so maybe there's a backlog on the server somewhere..
You can always check My Tickets too.
