Can you still see the full stats for the player in the main application reports?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem by playing a few hands on a single table and submit your PokerTracker.log and PokerTrackerHUD.log files (zip/compress them first, call it logs.zip) to the
Support system , and link to this thread in the reference field of the ticket so that we can investigate.
A screenshot of the table in action would be useful too, along with details of a player or 2 that you think should have more hands.

Yes, in main application I can see full stats and it's seems like Hud refresh stats according to "refresh rates" setting in hud options. So i guess everything is working fine except for showing proper stats.

I've sent screenshot and log files to Support system.

i reinstalled beta 15, but the hud still doesn't work. i enabled logging and attached the files. it looks like whatever changed with beta 16 "broke" my hud, because now it's not working with beta 15.

OK, support will take a look.
For now, with PT3 closed please try renaming the file:
c:\program files\pokertracker 3\data\layouts.pt3
and see if the default HUD layout works.

didn't work. i sure am glad i incorporated the new stats into my game... well, my opponents are, since i no longer have them. the thing that really irritates me is that i installed beta 16 because two different admins said it was a good idea.

Please bear in mind there are a lot of tickets, and quite a few relate to the same issues, so you won't always get a personal response to every ticket, but they won't get forgotten.
