Help with setting up postgreSQL on PT2

I've just reformatted my computer and downloaded PT2 again. I've also downloaded the trial of PT3, so I have postgres on my computer. I need help with setting it up though. The last time I did this was when I first got poker tracker, so I don't have a clue what I'm doing. When I go to Utilities > PostgreSQL settings, I see this box.




How do I know what the username and password is? Also, as you can see, in the "ODBC entry to use" column, there is nothing to click on in the drop down menu.
