Hero stats missing in HUD

Same to me, Default pop up stats for me are missing, default player stats are ok.

This sounds like a different issue. Open the HUD config window, Groups tab, and select the on-table group "Player Stats". Make sure that the Popup: field is set to "Default Popup".

Nop is correctly set to default.

So you see popup stats ok for other players, but not for yourself? Or not for anyone?
When you click to pop them up, do you see the popup window, but just black?
If you don't see them for anyone, open the HUD config window and on the Group tab select the popup group, then go to the Stats tab.
If you can find the "RFI" (raise first in) stat in the list, double click to remove it - there is a problem with this stat in B17, which has been fixed for the next release.

I recently got a new computer, re-installed and I've been having this problem as well.

Sometimes hero HUD is missing, sometimes it is there. Typically it is there at the start, then disappears. It seems like this happens when PT3 shows the image of the previous hand, my HUD will disappear and not come back.

I enabled logging, played until my HUD disappeared, nothing strange in the log file.

edit: Also, forgot to add, there isn't any correlation between tables. I can have 3-4 tables open at once, and two of them aren't showing hero stats, 2 of them are.

edit: ok, definitely doesn't happen during playback of previous hand, it actually happens right when the next hand is dealt.

What version of PT3 are you using? This is a known issue in Build 2, but has been fixed for subsequent Betas.

Yes, please update to Beta 16 from this link:

(I guess you're not using pokerstars? In which case you would need Beta 17)

I have no hero stats at all, beta 17, Party + Cash. I tried to recreate them but it wouldn't work, while it did in an older version, at least for some time. What can I do?
